We tested four days early and used the EPT that says it can detect up to five days early. We could see a very, very faint line that we weren't sure if it was a positive or not. It says in there that any chance is a positive, but we weren't so sure that we were just seeing it because we wanted to. About a week later, we used one of the digital ones and got a very positive!

According to our doctor, if you wanna test with urine, you have to wait about 3 - 4 weeks after you had done it to get an accurate reading. The fastest way to find out if you are pregnant is by taking a blood test, it's also the most accurate method. We proved him right.

They say the HPT's are very accurate and you can test now as early as 4 days before your missed period. However, I have not had luck with this, you should also test early in the morning. GOOD LUCK

You sure can! I tested 4 days early with my first pregnancy. The dot on the home pregnancy test was very very faint- but it was there. When in doubt just get a blood test!
BEST WISHES!

Testing before a missed period always risks false results. Those "test early" tests are unreliable. You should just wait and see if your period comes. If it doesn't, take a test using your first morning urine.

There's no law saying that you can't test yet, but be prepared for a false negative result.
You can always retest if you don't agree with the answer.
Good luck, I hope that you get the result you yearn for :)

i know you are on pins and needles but it took me 4 years to get pregnant. take my advise, don't get into the game of waiting for the clock to strike midnight on the day your period is due. I spent hundreds of dollars on prenancy tests. Mark your calendar for at least a week past your due date. good luck.
