When you first start taking a multivitamin?

do they make you feel a little under the weather?

Only if I take them on an empty stomach. I make sure to eat something before I take them and I don't have any problems.

I never heard of anything like that, unless there is something (gelatin, fish oil, wheat, etc) in the physical makeup of the pill that you are allergic to. Chances are you just got a mild cold at the same time.
