everyone has a personality. if your a quiet person and dont ever talk or anything then that is you personality.

Maybe it means they are not at all unique, have no interesting qualities about them, or in some cases that is just one persons perception of another because they are so different.
I have met a few people and asked them "what is your THING?", be it a hobby, etc...and they said they dont have one...that is my definition of no personality...

No, I haven't. Usually it's used by unstable personalities with a controlling drive to demean and control others.

Each human filled with complexities have a personality and character. Personality is how you behave towards others. Character is how you behave internally.

There is no such thing. I wonder about this Q because there are so many questions that come after it.

its just a term for those people who doesnt have a pleasing personality...they dress sloppy, attitude is crappy....and just not very pleasing..but yes...everyone has personality..heck some even have as many as 10 and more personalities....lol
