Out of the many emails I got about Britney’s divorce to KFed, this one was very interesting. It comes from someone that claims they are close to the Britney camp. I’m going to take it at face value, but what they say makes complete sense:
Laney – Don’t believe the Britney divorce. I’m sort of in with her circle of friends and I know for a fact she’s not going to leave him.
She’s just doing this to scare him and gain some sympathy votes from the media. She went on Letterman, cause Kevin thought she was at the hotel crying over him.
She is using the divorce to scare him. They are already talking to each other and texting all the time on their mobiles. She always threatened divorce on him and he never believes her.
She’s hoping he will change his ways. I think she also knows that this can change her image and is using it. They will get back together. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are already back together.

Britney and K-Fed have been on the news for a long time. Apparently the media believes news about them will generate more attention than how our country's going to be run and who it's going to be controlled for the next few years. People need to open their eyes and see reality.

All I can say is Wow. It is so stupid that celebrity's get the attention like that these days.
I'm guessing the majority of people watching CNN couldnt care less about Spears.

Divorce is a sad thing, but it doesn't rate national news coverage.
It is just used to make the ratings go up and bring in the advertising dollars. That is really the sad part.

Yea its a shame, i do not even own a television and I heard about it online. When i was a kid they showed and I mean showed Vietnam on the television....... not good public relations. besides how many guys is she going to sleep with on the rebound? The guys need a CNN news break to organize :) I know I am horrible

It's a slow news day. I hate it when mundane stories like that and some professor in Idaho being outcast for researching Big Foot make front page news.
Serious, one time there was a front page story collaboration of:
--Soldier killed in Iraq
--Flooding in Texas
--Katrine victim, a dog, killed

we are fascinated with celebrites..I feel bad for her on some level but on another level I don;t b/c she knew his history when they married. I looked at Cnn.com and the top news story was on the voting.....

I totally agree with you there! Who cares! She is a hasbin & he is just gross with no talent...... It is a very sad world when Brittney & Kevin are the top news story on CNN.... What a shame.
