well it would depend on the circumstances, but the question is can you really deep down trust them again, or do you think to yourself they might do it again. Personally I would say u do it once you can do it again but everyone is different, so my advice run like hell, find someone who does respect enough not to cheat on you.
Think of the future, if you stayed with them would you be constantly wondering where they were or who there were with then dont put yourself that, have a happy future as you can get.

If I had been cheated on, I would want to talk to my partner and ask them why they found the need to cheat on me. It could be something about me they didnt like, I would then try to mend the problem. I would tell them that if they ever had another problem, they must talk to me about it and that this was their last chance and I would finish with them if they cheated again. If they said they didnt know why, they just cheated, then I would probably finish the relationship as they would probably cheat again
