I've had several lucid dreams- some low level and some medium. I've walked around in dreams, aware that I was in a dream, but did nothing but "admire the view." Other times, I was able to stretch a dream character or fly (although it felt more like I was placed in the sky.)
You should go to www.ld4all.com/forum . There's more than enough stories, techniques, tips, and more there than most any other websites.
Other websites I like are:
www.lucidcrossroads.co.uk
www.dreamviews.com
www.lucidity.com
and just am looking at www.dreamgate.com don't know anything about it as of yet.

I've had many lucid dreams... but the one I remember the most involved me kissing the most strikingly beautiful girl you'd ever want to imagine and flying all over my neighborhood. I can't say I know HOW to have a lucid dream... but I do have them occasionally.

Lucid dreams to me are very disconcerting. They seem almost like hallucinations. Sometimes I'll open my eyes and still see my dreams happening, but I can't wake up. I hope that this helped.:)
Looking up "Lucid Dreams" could help. Love,Cat

Hey Budly, careful of those ' lucid ' dreams. They could be ... digital. I mean, where's the color saturation? Too, ever think you had that kind of needle sharp focus in something you forget, usually?

The best one I recall having to this day is when I was being chased down some school hallway. I was closing my locker door and when I looked over my shoulder there were like 5 guys with these like billy goat horns on there heads. I tried running from them but I ran into a dead end (chain locked doors). I thought to myself... I have to be dreaming... I have to defend myself. Instantly I turned towards them and threw a big @$$ fireball at them. They were screaming and hollering as they burned down to the floor. Twisted huh... but so damn cool.

I frquently have dreams where I am flying-not on a plane or anything but actually flying...I have "flown" over so many places, & I;ve also used it during scary dreams to get away...its really weird being able to control what you do in your dreams...
