Divide the circumference by pi (3.14) to get the diameter. That is 438/3.14 = 139.49 inches. Divide the diameter by 2 to get the radius. That is 139.49/2 = 69.75 inches.

This is not a Smart Test. Those were the things they taught about circles on the first day of geometry.
