I don't think that's called anything special. Conception or fertilization occures when the sperm goes into the egg to start the process. Then, according to the courts it takes about 3 months for it to become human. (go figure, like it's going to become a zebra before then)

It's not a moment, it's actually a process which takes roughly 24hrs. It is known as conception and from then on you have a potential new life. After 14 days the beginnings of the spinal cord forms - 1 spinal cord = 1 potential life, 2 = twins and so forth ...!
