It is alienation of affection and no. The most you can do is file a restraining order which will, in theory, prevent her from calling. Or you can sue for invasion of privacy or unwanted solicitation. Alienation of affection is used during a divorce. A tactic for getting more money, typically used when a pre-nup is involved.

Its called alienation of affections and under your circumstances, the answer is no as this is more a thing between two lovers. You can sue her for harassment or possibly stalking but you wont get much out of it because its hard to put a monetary value on this. Good luck

There are only a few states in the U.S. (approximately half a dozen) that still allow alienation of affection lawsuits, but even if you live in one of those states, what you’ve described is not alienation of affection. Check into getting a restraining order against her.

not if you live in az you can't, this state is a no fault state, so if your spouse cheats on you he gets away with it. I think that the it will be cheaper to get a restraining order b/c you'll have to pay a good lawyer to represent you... don't go drastic just yet you might regret how much it will cost in the long run......
