In Ohio you could sit for the LSW test, Licensed Social Worker, this would give a very large amount of opportunities. I am unsure of what education level they require in other states, some it is a Masters Degree.
Children Services as a Case Worker or Case Manager
Juvenile Court as a probation officer
Case Management or Case Worker at a Domestic Violence Agency
Good luck with your job search.

I know how hard it is! I have a BA in Urban Studies which pretty much qualified me for....nothing. So now I work as a receptionist. Your best bet is to get some kind of office job and work on a Master's in the meantime.
