yes another time to give my "three step approach" advice
you go to the same school as her right????????????...ok good.
1. Start with smiling at her in the hall ways, until you get a little more comforable.
2. Start saying hi to her in the hallways to til you get even more comfortable with her.
3. Then when you think you have it "pertend" to knock into her in the hallway and if she drops her stuff help her pick it up and say," Hey I feel really gilty but I don't know you at all, oh gotta go see you around"
email me if you take my advice and it works.

You just go up to her and say something.

Just say "Do you know where ______________ is located.I just moved here.:
Than start making a conversation with her and maybe tell her where she lives and other stuff
