Check your diet are you eating enough or often enough? What are you eating? Maybe something you are eating does not agree with you. Vegetables are good for you but they can make you gasy as well. Are you on any medication whose side effect can make you bloated? Also too much carbonated drinks can be the culprit.

Probably diet. Some foods cause gas more than others. Or you could have a "spastic Colan" which is usually caused by stress. Go to you doctor and he can prescribe something for you if it is "spastic Colan."

If not try changing your diet. It would be helpful to know what your diet is to receive better advice.
