Don't quite know what you're getting at ...
SCFM stands for Standard Cubic Feet per Minute

This is a volumetric flow rate, which has the follwing metric relation.

1 SCFM = 1.69901 m3/h (cubic metres per hour)

What were you thinking of when you included the "N" ... presumably for Newtons?
