The term African is not issued by the color of the skin. Its placed to them by the origin that they were born and raised. And it would be correctly labeled as "European African"
Just like here we have African Americans. They are american since they were born here but their heritage derives from Africa, or so the teachers have slammed it into our heads.

idk a lot approximately this yet i do no longer think of so. A.A refers to them of african descent, no longer african immigrants i think of. Like Charlize theron's case, she's afrikaner american, no longer A.A, if i replaced into kenyan i might particularly have ppl calling me kenyan american no longer A.A, they seem to be a completely diferent ethnicity.
