It was awkward & bad. I did not enjoy it. Sex is over-rated! Wait until you find that special someone you want to be with forever. Then it is a beautiful, shared joy ... otherwise it causes a bunch of problems ... in my opinion

It was not awkward. She and I dated for 9 months before we had sex. We talked about it a lot beforehand.....and it was the first time for both of us. We both had just turned sixteen, her - one month prior, me - one week.
Anyway, that may sound ridiculous, waiting for nine months, but it wasn't. I respected her for waiting. I still do. There's a lot to be said for any girl who doesn't just jump into bed with you.
It was good, I think. We loved each other, so that helped. We took our time and went slow. It obviously hurt her a bit, but we kept at it and went slow. I tried to be as gentle as possible. I am pretty certain she enjoyed it as much as she could, all things considered. She didn't orgasm or anything, I think the initial pain might have been too much to really get anything out of it. Plus, we were amatuers and navigating uncharted territory (well , at least for each of us, not anyone else).
Afterwards, we talked and held each other. Then we did it again.
You never forget your first time, so make it a good one. gl.

Wasn't awkward just
bad
It didn't hurt much but compared to my other men I had sex with it was bad.
I was 13 years old and he was sixteen. I didn't look 13 I looked 15 and I told him I was 15. He took me to his place and we had sex he had only been with three other girls and it was just sex. No love just sex which is what made it bad. I counted that as my first time b/c getting raped by my stepfather wasn't exactly how I wanted to remember my first time.

It went very well.
I like to tell myself that it was because I'm so naturally talented, but I'll settle for saying that I was very fortunate. It certainly helped to know that she was really enjoying it. It also helped that it was completely spontaneous, and therefore completely without pressure.
Thanks, Susan, wherever you are.

It wasn't too awkward, as we had both waited for that moment for so long. It was my wedding night, my husband and I were both virgins. It was great, I loved it.

It was great, scary, awkward, but in the end a very enjoyable experience. He was very gentle and it was great.
