Is a 8 inch long 3 inch wide unit considered big

Yes size matters....LOL......It has to be big enough to fit where the bear sits now. If not.....useless.

I take it you're a dude who has some serious self-esteem problems... Not? Okay, I'll give you that.
But dude, be happy with what you have. Most girls will disagree with me, but size doesn't matter! It's the way you use it. And no, it's not women who has penis envy, it's men! Seriously...
My personal experience (of which I have more than enough, thank you very much!) is that the package doesn't count much if the dude has the right attitude toward it, his girl and the situation. Also, if you're a stud, with a great personality, most girls won't mind.
As I said, be happy with what you got: you didn't get it for no good reason!!!!
