That has happened to me many times, and it is very scary. Turns out mine were anxiety attacks. Even though I didn't feel or think I was anxious I was. I know it feels like you might die I really sympathize for you. The thing is when this starts you immediately panic so it then makes it worse. I know it is near impossible not to panic, but try to take deep breaths and tell yourself you are OK. If this continues you can get medication for it. I did and I feel great. I took Zoloft.

I would go to the doctor. It could be many things. That happens to me when my blood sugar is low. Maybe you had a seizure, maybe you are pregnant. It sounds like you were about to pass out. That can be very dangerous. Schedule an appointment now!

Could be many things. Did you eat today? Do you take medication?
If you haven't done anything out of the ordinary, I would say talk to your doctor. They say teens sometimes get dizzy spells (part of growth) but you described a bit more than a dizzy spell. My diognosis, see a doctor!

You might of been Hungary or maybe your sugar dropped.
If so, just carry some hard candy with you. It's surprising how much it will help. When I was in school I had the same problem. Might want to talk to your Mom or Doctor!

This has happened to me once before. It was because I was on a protein low. My body needs a certain amount of protein to not get like the symptoms you just described. So I usually eat PB so I won't get like this.

You could be anemic...which is low on iron. I've had that happen a few times. OR You could be low in sugar. Have you had your glucose level checked? See a doctor.

sounds like an anxiety attack. If your under alot of pressures at school or at home, you need to allow yourself time to relax. Its your bodies way of saying "slow down" Does your school have a nurse's station?
