I'd definetly check into it. I know we didn't have to have passports when we flew to Cancun last summer, but had to have notarized certified copies of all of our birth certificates. They may have changed the rules since then. They were checked several times upon arriving & all the way coming home. Even had one lady in Mexico ask my son if I was really his mother. Which I thought was rather odd. Contact the county recorders office for where the births occured & you can order them by fax or go to the office. For out of CA, there was a 800 # & it took a few minutes for the whole thing.

A beginning certificates will artwork with an id. in case you're in college your college id and BC will artwork. The border patrol is a factor of fatherland secure practices are extremely no longer effortless. almost rude. once you come back merely wait in line answer all of the questions. do no longer comedian tale around or get clever with them and additionally you would be merely superb.

If you HAVE passports for them, they are the best solution. You will need birth certificates, at a minimum. Although there is a 90% chance you will be fine with just that.....there is always a chance that CBP clamps down or changes policy...
