I want to have a non-traditional Thanksgiving this year with a Medieval feast type theme. I plan on serving turkey legs and oven roasted corn on the cob with plenty of pitchers of beer of course!
Looking for suggestions on other foods I can serve that do NOT require the use of utensils.

you can roast potato's and cut then into halves or fourths or you can use the small red potato's and just roast them or you can make stuffing balls and there really easy you can make them ahead and freeze them and if your not a pork fan you can replace with ground turkey since it is thanksgiving
hope this helps

Kudos on the originality.

Any food is edible sans utensils, though soup might be a bit of challage.

Any vegetable is edible with your hands. Just leave them whole like they used to back then. Whole baked yams, carrots, potatoes, boiled cabbage, etc.

Their bread was usually the crusty kind and can withstand the dipping into stews and such

Your menu sounds yummy, A large loaf of bread was common with nearly every meal which was torn apart but I'm sure there were people who used knives instead. Cheeses were also common, but they require the use of a knife obviously. However you could have them sliced beforehand.

They did have utensils back then but they weren't like what we have today. I can't think of anything else to add, sorry.

This sounds very strange to me. I wouldn't want to eat with a table full of people that do not use utensils.

Stews were popular. Serve them in trenchers with bread for dipping and scooping.

They didn't have thanksgiving in medieval times....there wasn't even an America yet.
