EB Games/Gamestop are your best chances

but I'm pretty sure there's not going to be a shortage of Wii's like there's going to be on the PS3s

I'm pretty sure your too late. I think most stores made pre-orders available a few weeks ago, and they're all sold out now. I would say your best bet now is to get one from Best Buy or Walmart because they didn't/don't have any pre-orders (its first come first serve). I don't think you'll have to stand in line for hours like you would for the PS3, since there won't be much of a storage.

Your best bet would be to check with your local EB Games/Gamstop, Best Buy, or other large electronics retailers. Online preorders have (I believe) come and gone.
