st. johns wort very effective - make tea with the live plant, otherwise buy the tincture. Pills less effective.

The combination you are taking at the moment is very effective in the treatment of depression. The body will go through a series of peaks and troughs though, as your chemistry changes on a day-day basis.
As long as the combination you are taking is doing the job, better than the conventional meds, then everything is OK.

Vitamin B- which one? And how much you will take (keep your kidney and liver in mind). In your combination i am not agree with garlic capsules: if you do have a high blood pressure it is not really suitable.BUT if it's work for you try to change vitamins in B: for example from B6 to B12. Don't exceed dose: really bad for kidney. And try to find some old Herbal Dictionary; i ve got relaxing tea recipe from one. It is fantastic

always check with your doctor first, the supplements you mentioned are good but if you take primrose oil and pantothentic acid( B-5 I think) you may be able to elliminate the rest.....but if there working for you then why bother, but you should talk to your doctor before you start.

Look, if you are on pharmaceutical medication you do NOT want to be self-treating. If you want to try alternatives go and see a properly qualified alternative practitioner - herbalist, nutritionist etc.

Do not risk your health trying things (pharmaceutical or alternative) that you "read about" as most of it is dangerous crap.
