For your littlest brothers, you might try making a bean-bag game of some sort -- Either a board where try to aim the beanbags at a certain area, or a box with a hole cut into it where you aim the bean bags. I made one with a monster on it for Halloween, and called it "feed the monster." And I made the beanbags to look like pumpkins.
So, how about a "feed Santa" game, and make the bean bags to look like pies and cakes? One tip -- put the beans or rice for the bags in a seperate bag, and sew securely, then slip the whole bag into your special covers and sew up. We had rice all over the place!
12-year-old brother and girlfriends -- how about tote bags of some sort for their favorite hobbies? You can buy plain tote bags at a craft store and decorate with fabric markers -- but the tote bag is a very easy beginning sewing project.
Mom and Dad? Tote bags again, might work. Something from your heart, and I love the idea of something involving a B&W picture of the four of you kids. B&W lasts for ages. Parents are pretty easy to please.
Good luck -- and good for you for getting organized this early!

do no longer make a good sized reese's....i might heavily freak out if a guy did that. Um...I had somebody p.c.. out each and all of the marshmellows in 3 bins of fortunate charms and placed them in a candy tin... All else fails, plant life and a card...do no longer over do it. Simplicity and the assumption make the best presents... MUAH infant, happy 15 August 1945!

For your family you could do "coupon books". Make a little book for each of them with coupons for things like "good for one board game" , "good for one room cleaning" etc...(for a brother) or "good for one dish washing session" (for mom)....stuff like that. You would be able to come up with some better things to include in your book, things that your family would like. But, you have to be willing to actually let them cash in the coupons....no whining about the things you end up doing for them.
And all you would need is your imagination and some paper, some markers, and maybe some ribbon.
