no..a cat can not ( NEVER ) get impregnated by human sperm..
why did the guy have a condom on while getting a "hand " job?
Next time, be curteous and dispose of all used condoms in a trashcan and be sure to wrap it in tissue or toilet paper first..dont be disgusting or risk spreading STD's to innocent children who just might stumble across it..
