I just went and used the restroom at work ... this woman was in there (about the third time we've been in there at same time in past month) and she viciously scrubs her hands for a whole minute before going into the stall, flushes the toilet BEFORE using it, comes out and viciously scrubs her hands again ... a bit odd? Obviously it's an OCD, but do any non-OCD people do this?

Please focus on emphasis of non-OCD people and the hand washing.

:O!!! this is not normal... for addition information i could say, only "water" removes the 70% of dirt and soap helps it rise to 95% .... but never 100% ;)

I don't do it but I would if someone before me didn't flush the tolit or if there was a bundle of tolit paper in the bowl.

I clean my hands before & after, it's my body, my temple.
