Does it have to be from the last year? If not, I'd have to say Rammstein's "Ohne Dich" video. If you haven't seen this one, you should definitely watch it. Even if you don't like Heavy Metal, it's worth it. "Ohne Dich" means "without you." That's important to the concept of the video.
