No, as long as it is a typical serving of wine. If you have a full glass, that's not healthy. But try to space it out. Like pick one day, not to have wine at all. Don't worry though, you are DEFINITELY not an alcoholic!

Generally speaking, a single 8 oz glass of wine each day does not make you an alcoholic, and there have been several studies that indicate it could actually be good for you. If your concerned, skip it for a few days, and see how you react. If you start craving it, and can't get it off your mind, then you could have the start of a drinking problem.

No, having one glass of wine everyday will keep you healthy. Getting drunk everyday, or drinking to avoid your problems/responsibilities, or drinking that takes over your life means you are an alcoholic.

It would depend on how big the glass was. Now if it happens to be the size of a one gallon jug. This would be to much. But on the other side. Try not to get to comfortable with it every day. This leads to dependencies.
