For Justme any tool is OK to be used. All tools and wheels must be in the pit box before the car can legally leave the pit box, they do not have to be behind the wall.

No. They can use anything they desire. If they're going over the wall with it, it just has to be back over the wall before the car leaves the pit.

No there isn't, they choose there own brand of tools, I'm sure with the best quality
