exfoliate the area 1-2 times a week to uncover new skin. you can even use a regular bath towel but don't overdo it or you''ll irritate the area. keep your hair away from your forehead, especially while you sleep, the extra oils can be adding to the problem. that also includes any hair products you spray near your face. i wouldn't recommend vaseline because it so thick, your pores won't be able to breath and you will only be creating an oily mess. hydrocortisone is usually injected into the pimple by a dermatologist , and its highly concentrated so its different from what you buy over the counter. An expensive solution is Zeno.

I would think that Vaseline would make acne worse because it clogs pores... As for hydrocortisone, I never heard of it being used as an acne treatment. If you want to naturally get rid of the pimples, I would suggest scrubbing your face. If you really don't want to buy any products, just mix equal amounts facial cleanser and salt or sugar (salt if you have oily skin, sugar if sensitive). Or you could use apple cider vinegar. It burns the skin a little and stings slightly, but it works wonders.

It's not necessarily a "product", you do have to purchase it but it is all natural. Witch Hazel or Tea Tree Oil. Both worked for me[use only one at a time}...that and making sure my hair was pulled back off my face at all times. Sometimes toothpaste makes them dry out {the white mint paste is the best} but that can be touchy. A couple of times it made the pimple bigger and redder...that did suck. If you use make up {concealer etc..}try and make sure that you always clean your skin thoroughly before going to bed....and if you have no plans to see anyone clean your face as soon as possible.

When in the shower, lather a washcloth with the soap, and scrub your forehead and rinse. When you come out of the shower, it will feel fresh, but to prevent drying out, put a small amount of lotion on your forehead.
Drying out is not good, because your skin will get flaky and leave deposits in pores, making it worse.
Although sun does help, staying moisturized does too.

Well when I was young we're to poor to buy cleansers, so I use to use collgate toothpaste. Just a dab, on your finger and apply on infected area. It will dry out then wash off. Be care full not to put to much. Also watch what you're eating you might be allergic to something.

My mom was just telling me she saw on a show to make a paste out of aspirin. It is the active ingredient in most of the over the counter treatments.

if i were u i'd stay away from products, even the high-quality ones. they always make me break out. instead just wash your face everyday and try not to touch your face. also, having your hair lay on your forhead while your sleeping causes pimples. hope that helps!
