When you wake up and you dont know where you're at, but you know who you are....its not amnesia...trust me.

disorientation... it happens to everyone. I do it all the time. I'll fall asleep on the couch and wake up in the middle of the night wondering where the hell I am and how I got there. It takes a few seconds to realize where you are.. but it happens to everyone.

I've had this happen before....... like if I had been away from home for a while..... and then came back home and would wake up and wonder where I was. It would take a few minutes to realize that I was back in my own bed. I think it's a mild form of post-traumatic stress syndrome or something like that.

I call it being sleepy, get more quality sleep and it will stop.

absent-mindedness. It happens to alot of people (i think). if it's something bigger than that, ask your doctor
