did u see if MTV has a myspace account?? they probably do (I am at work so I can not check myspace) if not, i'm sure it says who to contact somewhere on mtv.com. hope i helped a bit

MTV probably won't help them out. What you have to do is find a talent scout or record company that produces their type of music. Get in touch with them and send them a demo.
