No, How long has it been? if less than three days then try drinking some extra water warmed with a little lemon and honey, tastes great and the extra fluid should get things moving. You may need to increase the amount of fiber you eat, dont forget that when you increase fiber its also necessary to increase fluids or the fiber can add to your problem. If its been more than 3 days, get a fleet enema from the drug store to get yourself moving then start on the fiber/fluids to keep yourself moving. If the fleet dosent work within a few hours go see your doctor. If you have a problem with eating fiber (whole grains, fruits, veggies) there are also some great fiber suppliments you can either sprinkle over your food or take in pill form. If you are constantly stopped up talk to you doctor, there are some medications that can help your bowels be more active.

No, and enemas are not a good solution for your problem. Examine your diet, guess what - FIBER!!!!!! A big bowl of All Bran cereal will help; also, check your local supermarket or health food shop for a product called Smooth Move tea - these are teabags, you just brew a cup of tea and drink it; promise, it WILL WORK within 10-12 hours. Check the ingredients to be sure there is nothing you are allergic to, of course; and keep in mind that the stronger you brew the tea the better it will work (in other words, if you let the teabag steep too long you MAY get more than you bargained for, lol!)
