I play the guitar and mellow out.
It works quicker than punching the living daylights out of a pillow or smashing pottery against a brick wall (I know through personal experience).

At this point in the day....I'm thinking primal therapy....forget the breathing. I'm also having visions of tanks and apache helicopters, not to mention a whole squadron of fighter jets.
Maybe I'll start counting now too & see if that helps.

People do different things...I usually exercise or cry depending on how upset I am...and then afterward I soak...water soothes me...Always!!!!!!!!!!!
