Both of the men are found Not Guilty, but, the wife wanted to break things off with her husband's best friend. She tells him that she loves her husband, and then he tried to kiss her but she pulled away, they physically struggled against each other, and he shoved her off the boat, she hit her head, and he watched her drown. While all this is happening her husband is passed out on the couch inside the boat. So the husbands friend is guilty of murder, but got off with nothing!

They both got off, however, come to find out, the wife wanted to break things off with her hubby's best friend, they physically struggled and he shoved her off the boat and let her drown.
