The majority of obituary's that are printed in papers in Melbourne would be placed in the HeraldSun newspaper.

www.heraldsun.com.au is the website you would need.

Good luck!

Look for a website for the newspaper for the area in Melbourne online. Then search obituary by date.

If you're in Victoria, call the Department of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

1300 369 367

If you're in another state and that phone number doesn't work, try the Department for Victorian Communities on (03) 9208 3333. They might be able to help you.

If you're looking for a copy of an obituary that was in the paper, call the newspaper and ask for their classifieds department.
