Did you ever see the episode of Seinfeld where his car smelled like B.O. from the vallet parking attendent? lol. You might have to throw them out. Maybe you'll have to wash everything twice with one of the products people have suggested. Use HOT water. Maybe have somebody turn up the heat on your hot water heater. Maybe it's not hot enough. Good luck!

The washing should get rid of it, try wash in higher temperature. I had a problem with perfume smell before, I managed to get rid of it after 3 washes.

Use a crystal deodrant (rock crystal, available as a spray from Superdrug or as a stick from catalogs) and then the clothes won't smell bad, just a little 'human'. I wash mine in water with nothing added (no soap powder) and they are fine afterwards.

Try put the clothes in the freezer and leave it there over night. That will kill the bacterias that causes the smell. Then wash it.
Good luck! :)

In the theatre, for costume changes, in a long running show, we can not wash them every day. That could cause too much damage. However, they do get sweaty and smelly. We use Vodka in a mister bottle. It works great to neutralize body odours.

Washing doesn't help? What? Are you using enough detergent. Try Gain....stronger scented than most other detergents. Otherwise, try refreshing your clothes with a spritz of Frebreeze every now and then.
