The volume unit would be a cubic unit as it is 3-dimensional. It would depend on the unit of measure in the equation.

The calculation for volume of a cylinder is (pi) * radius^2 [squared] * height.

Or out in English "Pi times the radius squared times the height"

It will be cubic units. Those units could be inches, feet, centimeters, etc. It depends on how the cylinder is labeled. The units will be cubed though.
