I can't bear watching animals being ripped to shreads or dying at all. I know it's the natural way of life but get really upset and distressed at watching animals die and suffer. Why can't they make nature docs about nature that doesn't include all that? I know I'm a wimp but I don't care.

I feel for you because I'm just the same. Nature has this way of making you cringe!! I would enjoy something less gory, and more almost animated. You're not a wimp just care about animals.

Nature docs. are pretty cool sometimes and the one's that show critters getting ripped up for chow are very graphic. Maybe you should turn the channel or just close your eyes. It's just the way it is out there.

There's something called the off button, it's pretty close to the channel up and channel down buttons.
The fact that they are called NATURE documentaries kind of gives it away, if you don't like it there's always CBeebies

That's real life though.
Nature is cruel - survival of the fittest etc.
Ever squatted a fly or a spider, accidentally walked on an ant, just coz they annoyed you.
Animals have to survive, and food is important to them.
Don't we kill our own for greed through war?
