3-5 working days. Isn't it strange that when they debit your account it's instant but when they owe you money it takes longer. What would the retailer say if you went into Tesco's for your weekly shop and walked out of the door saying I'll pay you in 3-5 working days!

Some institutions are instant, Wall Mart I know of for sure. I had a credit card that I needed to make one purchase per month to keep it at zero interest, unfortunately Ieft it till the last day and oops I went to 7 Eleven. I did not make it, my credit card company recommended Wall Mart due to their efficient time frame in [processing transactions. Being that all institutions are different, be prepared with funds in your account. Good Luck

Typcially, no moe than a couple of business days. The retailer should have given you a receipt when he gave the refund. If you have not received the refund within a week or so, go to your bank with the refund receipt.

It should take the same amount of time that it took the money to come out of your account in the first place. Usually 2 - 5 days in UK.

I have had this happen a number of times and it depends on who you bank with and who the specific relatiler banks with. If you both have the same bank it can take as little as 24 hours, but in most cases it can take 3-5 working days.

maximum shop's coverage is to refund like value with like refund. Debit for debt, money for money, credit for credit. Debit refunds soak as much as 5 business enterprise days. i'm hoping you saved all your paper receipts. this is the only evidence you will would desire to dispute any issues.
