everytime she cooks her "special" lasagna, I cheat & grab Wendy's or McD's before I get home. She always mentions how little I eat those nights. It's been about 10 years now.

Be prepared to eat sh*t after you tell her.

First never tell her about your "cheating" if you are indeed the only one who knows.
Then eat less and less of it until one day you tell her it "doesn't appeal to you like it did years ago." This way you will trick her into thinking you ate more years ago. C'mon how's she gonna know? Maybe it's "too much cheese for your system now you are older", many, many people develop the inability to have excessive cheese, myself included.
Then make her make something you like in place of this and let everyone else have the "special lasagna".

Or maybe there is an ingredient that could possibly be switched that would improve the lasagna. Have her make it with a different meat you like (if she uses meat) etc...

Every time your wife wants to make her special lasagna, Suggest that you want to make dinner or take her out. But the best thing to do is to be honest, and tell her you don't like that special ingredient. But you do like her lasagna. Don't tell her about the cheating with McDonalds and Wendys. By the way your wifes lasagna is probably better for you anyway.

OK I must admit before I read the whole story I was about to tell you yes. But why do you cheat? Answer that question first. Depending on what kind of person she is, Do you think she will be upset if you told her or would she understand and find some other "special" food for you to fall in love with? If it was me I would want to know I may be hurt that you keep it from me for sooo long but I would only focus on making you happy so yo want cheat anymore.

I almost told you what a jerk you are! Then I read the rest of the question. Very sneaky. Anyhow, Id just mention that youre not sure whats changed, maybe your taste buds, but the lasagna doesnt taste the same and you dont really like it that much. Be honest...well, as honest as you can be after lying to her about it for 10 years.

If the cheating your are talking about is not eating her "special" lasagna, then by all means tell her the truth. She needs to hear how it can be better made, there is nothing wrong with that. Prayers =)

On the nights you know she is cooking lasagna, buy flowers and bring them home and when you guys start making out accidentally knock the pan off in the floor, then you can go out to eat.

LOL Next time she makes it, eat a little, and then make a dash for the bathroom. Act like it's making your stomach hurt. Tell her it must be the lasagna. Chances are she'll stop making it and you won't have to cheat anymore.

Next time, grab a bouquet from the grocery store, some truffles or a bottle of wine, and say, "Honey, tonight after supper we need to talk." If you've got a fireplace, go there. Snuggle. When the time is right, you say, "Honey, I just hate that lasagna!"

Whats wrong with her lasagna? Any way you should tell her that you would like to try something different cause you are tired of lasagna. Not her lasagna ,just lasagna in general. Good luck.

Tell he but in indirect way
Whenever she say I will cook my "special" lasagna You invite her to eat outdoors
By the time she will understand
But I can't predict what will she do when she understand
Maybe she will stop cooking it, or pretend cooking it everyday ;)

But the worst thing when she say "Oh dear, I never liked this food I cook it just because I thought you like it"
