I heard of the spider veins minimizer in a magazine but I want to know if it really works.

If I understand the ads correctly, Vita K is just makeup for the legs - a cover up.

If you want to treat your spider veins or mild varicosities including hemmorrhoids, go to your natural foods store and ask for a product formulated for this.

It should contain one or more herbs:
Buckthorn Bark, Buther's Broom, COLLINSONIA Root, Stone Root, Uva Ursi.

Other things that help are Vitamin C with bioflavinoids, especially Rutin (from Buckwheat), Vitamin E, Lecithin.

Mineral baths can be very therapeutic.

Also be sure to get plenty of exercise. People who sit for long periods of time are more apt to get varicosities.
