Is playground politics as bad if not worse than any office?

oh my god - yes it is! You will never meet such a diverse bunch of people anywhere else. At work you would probably have similar ideas to a lot of people but in the playground - anything goes!!

Playground is definitley worse, at least in the office MOST people are mature enough to compromise or bite their tongue.
