I've read the manga and I've noticed Sakura's feelings have changed for Naruto. She no longer has a child like crush on Sasuke like she did in Part I. But Naruto treats her different also. Give your opinion which couple is more likely to happen as the manga progresses?!

As the way that things stand right now, Naruto and Sakura is a more likely couple than Sasuke and Sakura. Even if Sakura still loves Sasuke, it's clearly obvious that he does not feel the same way. He might have cared for her in the past as she was his team mate, but that was all there was to it. Naruto on the other hand, liked Sakura and cared very much about her from the very beginning. They know each other very well and will always support each other no matter what happens. Their relationship will also be a healthy one where one won't dominate over the other or anything like that.
I like both pairings, but I feel that if Sasuke and Sakura ever gets together, Sasuke will only use her to restore his clan. Perhaps he will change after he kills Itachi or goes back to Konoha but right at this moment, I find the paring Sasuke and Sakura to be highly unlikely.

Before I start my long boring answer, for the record, I'm a Sakura Sasuke fan, but I used to like Naruto Sakura
I would say that the one that Sasuke will choose to revive his clan with would be Sakura because she's the girl he knows more about, not to mention Sakura becoming incredibly strong after the time skip maybe leading for Sasuke to respect her (remember, Sasuke still hasn't seen what Sakura is capable of.) And it seems Sakura has feelings for Sasuke even after he left.
However, there's a catch. The earlier anime and manga is showing a possibility of Sakura and Lee. And to make things more confusing, the anime (fillers) is showing a lot of Naruto Hinata fluff while the manga is showing a bit of Naruto Sakura fluff.
I guess fans everywhere just have to wait for the plot to progress and then we might get more proof.

Sakura and Sasuke no doubt.Can't you figure it out by the way they act and react to each other.I'd say that to Sakura that Naruto is just a good friend or is more like a brother and that she'd more likely be with Sasuke the Naruto in the end.

Sakura still has feelings for Sasuke. She's just abit more mature to not express it out so much now. But as you said about Naruto. He has matured *abit* himself. Cause he really is determined to reach his goal. So it MIGHT just turn around and Sakura might go to him. But in my opinion. I still believe that there will be a Naruto/Hinata relationship.
