You can't physically. The hymen means nothing, ladies can lose that and still be a virgin.
Their experience in bed, technique .... that sort of thing.
You can't even really tell by what they talk about. Some people talk like they have and really they haven't. Some talk like they are a virgin and are really *ahem* not.
At the end of the day, does it really matter?

there is no way posible to tell. u can only guess. just as some have said before, the hymen is no way to tell, tehy can break from many non sexual activities and some women are even born with out them. u could guess by the way they act, like if they seem experienced, or seem shy, stuff like that.

I dont think there really is a way to tell, because some women have hymens and some women dont, and some it hurts the first time and some it dont so its a hard question I think,
