OK knowing that we are stuck out in the middle of nowhere on a cruise ship and that Aliens reproduce quickly, can hide easily, movie quickly, can swim, and oh yeah have acid for blood your survival rate drops to almost zero. These things were fought in the future with semi-futuristic weapons and technology. Best bet would be to help and save the world some how by rigging up the ship to explode and consider yourself a marter that just saved all of humanity. Overall with my knowledge of the creatures themselves I give myself like 5 hours that I would survive before I finally got everything set up to blow the ship. Really good question.

There are so many variables to that question, it's hard to say - it'd depend on whether or not there were any weapons on board, if I could get access to them, if I could reach the engine room alive, get access to the engine room tool shop, what tools I could make into weapons, whether or not the captain had anything useful stashed away in his/her cabin that could be used as a weapon, whether or not any of the passengers had anything in their cabins that could make a weapon, or anything in their bags in the hold, etc., etc., etc.....
Above all else, I have always been a survivor - having a limitless imagination helps.
