Wasn't there a show in the 80's using a motorcycle in the tradition of Knightrider and Airwolf? This has been bugging me for ages...

"Street Hawk," with Rex Smith and Joe Regalbuto. Unlike Knight Rider (and like Airwolf), the "Street Hawk" motorcycle was just a fancy piece of machinery--it didn't have a mind of its own.
As an aside, in the late 90's there was a show called "Team Knight Rider" which revived the Knight Rider franchise in the form of five different F.L.A.G. agents, each with their own sentient talking vehicle. Two of the vehicles were motorcycles, and they combined to form a bizarre-looking carlike machine.
