Use shimmery eye liners that come in colors like:
Dark chocolate brown, plum, dark emerald green, and other jewel tones.
Make sure to buy eye shadow kits, the kind that have the perfect shades for brown eyes, or any color for that matter. Almay makes eye shadow kits and they come with instructions on how to apply it.
And use mascara. Try to go with black, or dark brown.
That will really make your eyes pop.

Greens are a good choice for you, if you go dark green try to find a shimmery or cream based dark green to put some sparkle in your eyes. I'm a very pale blonde and use black eyeliner most of the time, and from what I've learned is that regardless of what color eyeliner you're using, if it is used correctly with the right eyeshadow it will make your eyes pop (and often will be asked if you're wearing colored contacts). It just takes a bit of practice to get it right :)

It depends also on the shape of your eyes. If you use a dark eyeliner, it may weigh your upper lids down, and make your eyes seem smaller. If your eyes are on the smaller side, use a very thin line, or none at all. I usually buy shades of the same color, and apply the lighter shade all over the eye area, and the darker shade in the crease. Try visiting a makeup counter like Clinique or Lancome. The makeup is really costly, but the girls are very knowledgeable. They can help you pick the right colors for you, and then you can go somewhere cheaper and buy them, if you don't want to pay $18 for shadow. I really like Clinique makeup, but I buy it on ebay so I don't pay full price.

I always think earth tones such as a darker brown and then a lighter brown are good eye shadows. You can try black eyeliner or black brown. kinda of smug it around your eyes though so it gives you the smokey look, just make sure you apply it UNDER your eye lashes. You can apply a white eye liner around the top of the lashes to make your eyes appear more open. And don't forget plenty of mascara,, just don't goop it up lol Good Luck!

You need to make sure you are curling your eyelashes and apply mascara. Then put on a champagne color or biege medium shimmer eye shadow right above the lash line also dab a bit of the same color eyeshadow in the inner corners of the eye.

its not what type its how you apply!!!

Fair-Beige skin tone

Put black eye liner on top lashes (just a thin line)

then get a shear eyeshadow one shade darker than your skin tone (apply with shading brush)

then use jet black mascara only on top lashes, curl then put on a soft lipstick or gloss that will not distract away from the eyes.

If you have really dark skin do the same thing just use a lighter eyeshadow!

I would use a black/brown eyeliner either in crayon form or in liquid form with mascara. You won't need much at all to make your eyes pop. Liquid eyeliner really makes my eyes pop, it is just a little harder to put on. The crayon stye eyeliner is easier and you can't mess up as much with them.

It always depends on what your eye color is. If your eyes are dark then use bright colors and if your eyes are bright then stick with darker colors but no too dark. You still want them to pop out
