can anyone help me with accupreasure please i have already aske it on yahoo anwsers but i dident not get a goon enough reason
how do i perform accupreasure?Home long do i hold the holds for and how long do i rest for and is there a good free web page that will show me the points and how to do it.

OK, go to google and ask Yahoo never provides enough info, you should hold each spot for 10-15 seconds along each meridian, you should know the meridians, go to google and type in Acupressure meridians

I suggest you buy the book, "Acupressure's Potent Points" by Michael Reed Gach. It is very well illustrated and easy to read.
As to how long you hold a particular point, I was taught 1 minute when I went to massage training.
