(at work, at school, etc.), when you stopped seeing them every day (changed jobs, graduated, whatever), did your friendship grow stronger or fade away?

When we graduated, we didn't see each other every day. We moved a part, heck, she even lives in another country now. Yes, we've faded. But she is still my best friend, and when we do see each other, which is 1 time a year, it's all back to what it use to be. If you have a strong and wonderful friendship, nothing will break it, even distance. So in a way, we are stronger, but just geographically farther.

Every time I had a friend and moved on to a new school, job, whatever, the friendship has faded away. However, I started hanging out with a girl I was close friends with in middle school again. We were seperated in high school and kind of went our seperate ways. We got in contact again over Classmates.com and we hang out all the time now! It's pretty cool.

They pretty much faded away. One lives in Orgeon and we talk at least once a week, my two guys best friends both live in alaska and I talk to one pretty much every day and the other about once every on or two weeks. But my cousin is the most important to me we are the same age and we talk everyday and she will be back home in december. so I've kept most of my important friendships alive, the others faded away because they just weren't that important

Most just faded away, though one still remains even at long distance. It seems to be the natural progression of life & it hurts, but it happens.

We are still good friends. Sometimes we don't see each other for months on end, but we are able to pick up easily wherever we left off.
