I opened my oven door before it locked therefore, the lock is engaged and my door will not close. I cannot put it through the cleaning cycle to disengage the lock or heat it for cooking because the door is ajar and it will not heat with the door open. Please help.

Call the manufacturer, they'll have a way to disengage the door, it should also be in your manual. I'm sure it's an easy procedure.

Set the oven to clean and manually push the door switch in and see if the latch does not move. If it finishes latching keep the switch depressed and hit cancel. This should reset the latch.

Unplug the range for a short time & it should reset the lock.
