Negative - Civil Unions (same sex or no) do not have to be honored outside the state they are made. Marriages do but not civil unions. Sorry.

In some states, yes others, no. A couple states have constitutional amendments banning same sex unions from being recognised. In others the states have yet to make a decision on it so I don't believe it would be recognised there. In the states where it is recognised they should enjoy the same rights.

No. No state with-in the US is required to recognize any same sex union. Some might, but at this moment in time, I do not know of any that do.
